 Nancy L. Sundt

Nancy Sundt is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Recovery Specialist of Alternative Legal Services & Judgment Recovery (ALS).  Ms. Sundt has been in the legal industry for over 23 years, a paralegal for 15 years in King County, and has an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.   She is a licensed Private Investigator in Washington (Lic #3042). Ms. Sundt is a member of the National Judgment Network, the Commercial Law League of America, Washington Association of Legal Investigators, and the Washington State Paralegal Association.  Ms. Sundt has recently been elected Vice President of Professional Development of the Washington State Paralegal Association (2009/2010).  Ms. Sundt has authored "Keep Your Clients; Collect Your Receivables -- Collection Tools and Techniques for Lawyers and Law Firms," 2009, ISBN #9781604813982, available through WordClay Publishing or Lorman Education Services.   

Deborah J. Deen


Debbie Deen is the Director of Finance for ALS.  Ms. Deen received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.  She has over 29 years of experience in debt collections.  She was formerly the Director of Finance at Concorde Career Institute in Portland, Oregon, and Director of Financial Aid at the University of Phoenix in Jacksonville, Florida.  Ms. Deen is a licensed Private Investigator in Washington State (Lic # 3101) and is currently a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and the Association of Managerial Accountants.
